Shipping policy

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and packed within 2–4 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — delays may occur due to carrier issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship orders to addresses within the state of Tennessee. Orders placed with a shipping address outside of Tennessee will not be fulfilled and will be canceled and refunded in full. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at quality@lgtiller.com with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
