We’re a three generation of culinarians. who’ve spent our lives in Nashville kitchens, carrying on traditions that started generations ago. Our mission is simple: help people rediscover the joy of baking real bread at home, and create moments of warmth and connection around the dinner table. We hope our mixes bring as much happiness to your family as they have to ours.

Our Roots
It all started in Tennessee. Our grandmother was born in Knoxville and later moved to Nashville, where she shared her love for baking and simple, comforting meals. When she struggled with digestive issues for years, she nearly gave up on enjoying bread altogether. But she discovered it was the highly processed flours and grains found in most store-bought breads. With heritage cornmeal and traditional flours, she was able to enjoy baking again — and so began a new chapter for our family.
